Yes. Our corn tortillas are handmade and pressed fresh on-site every single morning. This is what sets Casa Noble apart -- you can taste the difference. We also offer flour tortillas, hard shell, and handmade corn tortillas (additional $0.75) for tacos and other dishes.

Yes. We cater quinceañeras, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and more. We offer taco bars, enchilada trays, parrillada platters, appetizer spreads, and custom menus. Call us at (262) 349-9250 or fill out our catering inquiry form to get started.

We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays to rest and prep fresh ingredients for the week.

We do not take reservations. Casa Noble is first come, first served. For large parties, we recommend arriving early, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Yes. A 20% automatic gratuity is added for parties of 4 or more.

Yes. We have a full vegetarian section on our menu including cheese enchiladas, bean burritos, veggie fajitas, cheese quesadillas, and rice and bean plates. Many of our appetizers like guacamole, white queso dip, and mozzarella sticks are also vegetarian.

We offer pickup orders placed through our website or by calling (262) 349-9250. You can build your order online with full customization and we will have it ready when you arrive. We do not currently use third-party delivery services.

Menudo and Pozole are available Friday and Saturday only, to-go only. These are made fresh in limited quantities, so we recommend ordering early.

We are located at 421 S Grand Avenue in downtown Waukesha, Wisconsin 53186. We are on Grand Avenue just south of Broadway, with street parking available.

Yes. Our kids menu includes chicken tenders with fries, cheese quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito, mini tacos, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, and a hamburger. All kids meals are priced between $5.99 and $7.99.

Yes. You can browse our full menu, customize your dishes (choose your meat, tortilla type, add-ons), and place a pickup order directly on our website. You will receive a text confirmation when your order is placed and again when it is ready.
